How fast do you process and ship orders?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our NSW warehouse via Australia Post.
- Standard shipping: 2–6 business days depending on location
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (next-business-day to most metro areas)
Regional and remote addresses may take a little longer. Free Express Shipping applies automatically on all orders over $100.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes — you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way to your door.
Where do you ship from, and do you ship internationally?
Every order ships from our NSW warehouse, Australia-wide. We currently ship within Australia only.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, contact us straight away and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has entered dispatch, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
What's your returns and refunds policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final — we don't offer returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.
Are packages sent discreetly?
Yes. Every order is packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no product references visible, and sealed in secure, tamper-evident packaging to protect your privacy and keep products safe in transit.
What purity are Ascend Research peptides?
All products are manufactured in GMP-compliant facilities to ≥99% purity, with independent analytical verification (COA) available for applicable products.
How should I store my peptides?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) products should be stored exactly as outlined in the documentation supplied with your order — this keeps them stable until use. Storage requirements can vary slightly by compound, so always check the specific product page or insert.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
Yes — buy more and save more, with quantity discounts of up to 15% off applied automatically at checkout on eligible products.
Is my payment and personal information secure?
All transactions are encrypted at checkout. Any personal information you provide is used strictly to process and deliver your order — we never sell or share your data with third parties.
