1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days depending on your location. Rural or remote areas may experience longer transit times. All shipments include tracking, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on order size and delivery location. Free shipping may apply to select promotions or order values over a certain threshold (as advertised).
5. Delivery Issues
Ascend Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before confirming your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll assist with a claims process, but outcomes are subject to the courier’s investigation.
7. Restricted Items
