Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our research products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final once an order is placed.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photo evidence of the product and packaging.

If approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the affected item, or

  • A store credit for future use

We do not issue cash refunds.


3. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a replacement or credit:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • You must provide your order number and supporting photos


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any opened, used, or temperature-sensitive items, regardless of reason.


5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once tracking has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.
